The ctm-svs-cur and ctm-svs-cur-fast mailing lists are no longer operating.  The FreeBSD handbook needs to be updated.

Fix: 

In section A.5.2, change the sentence:
ctm-cvs-cur supports the entire CVS tree.
to
ctm-svn-cur supports the entire SVN tree.
and change the link as well.
