Fix rc startup script for the 1.2.0 release:
- knotc start does not work when dropping privileges, use knotd -d instead
- knotc running is now knotc status
- -a is default, don't use explicitly

Hmmm, I never received the notify about this PR.

This weekend I tried to submit the update of Knot to 1.3.0r1,
and independantly came to the same.
So yes, this is all fine, but mind PR 179428
