The existing version of the gtar port is 1.12, ftp.gnu.org has 1.13
which I needed for longer filenames.

changes committed. 
btw: the next time please don't make a port submission, that 
directly overwrites files, so simply don't use an absolute path. 
And if you don't create a new port it would be easier, if you 
would send diffs of only the files that change. 
Sending complete files only makes sense when patches also changed, 
since a diff of a diff is usually not readable.
