The instructions found in "11.3.8.1 Before the Disaster" in the handbook are outdated. Error include syntax errors, and warnings complaining about controller, disk, etc. not used anymore, and to use 'device' instead. How do I build a minikernel so I can fit it in one floppy?

Your descriptions of the location of the error are inadequate (I can't find 
the section you're talking about), but Nik rewrote most of the instructions 
on buildworld so this is probably fixed.
