Doug Barton (formerly dougb@freebsd.org) tells me via private email that he 
is no longer involved with the FreeBSD project. He is unavailable to help with 
mergemaster(8) issues.

Fix: Remove the mergemaster line from MAINTAINERS, and remove the "Please report any problems, 
comments or suggestions to the author" note from the end of the mergemaster(8) man page:
How-To-Repeat: 'grep dougb /usr/src/MAINTAINERS'
'man mergemaster'
