Misfiled PR 

Note that this issue has been brought up in the past and reasons 
why we don't include the complete etc/services file is due to 
processing overhead of this file. 

So if someone feels like verifying this so that we can once and

Thanks for the effort but I belive the current consensus is that we 
do not want the entire kitchen-sink in the /etc/services file.
