It would be nice to update texlive-texmf to version 2013 because my frequently used package, exsheets [1] needs newest l3kernel (error message: Package exsheets Error: Support package expl3 too old.)

How-To-Repeat: Try compile a simple LaTeX file which uses exsheets.sty style.

There is a texlive 2014 now available ?

Yes, version 2014 is available about two months ago:
ftp://tug.org/historic/systems/texlive/2014/

There wasn't any reaction for my report so I thought this is not needed. For me the 2013 works well, so I didn't hurry to update to 2014.
And asked on the freebsd-tex mailing list ( http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-tex/2014-March/000012.html ) too.

texlive-texmf 2014 already available.
