When FTP times out or is terminated, I get a "ftp in free(): warning: chunk is already free." error

I enter the following command:
ftp http://www.spdownloads.com/episodes/downloads/403-220k.rm

After a time out, or an interuption, I get the following:

Requesting http://www.spdownloads.com/episodes/downloads/403-220k.rm
  0% |                                                  |   113 KB  stalled -
^C
http fetch aborted.
ftp in free(): warning: chunk is already free.

How-To-Repeat: Execute the command again.
