RAM: 8GB
BIOS: VT-x = Enable , VT-d = Enable

Hardware: ASUS P7P55 LX
CPU: Core i3 540
RAM: 4GB
BIOS: VT-x = Enable , VT-d = Enable

CPU above supported VT-x EPT: VMX, POPCNT (from dmesg)

On both PC FreeBSD 10-RC[X], 10.0-RELEASE, 10-Stable after:

# kldload vmm.ko

PC freeze, keyboard locked

Have same issue with ASUS P6T SE and i7 920 (C0/C1) and 930 (D0). Tested 
different versions of BIOS.
Only turn off VT-d in BIOS fix it.

releng/10.0 (p0) - crashes
releng/10 (20140413-r264414) - crashes
head (20140407-r264228) - no crash (fixed in head?)

I had the same issue with 10.0-STABLE on Core i7 870. This problem should not be present in 10.1-{RELEASE,STABLE}.
