Fix: 

I do not know how to fix it but I can tell about workaround

# vipw
..
delete user dovecot
# delete from /etc/group dovecot and dovenull
# pwd_mkdb /etc/master.passwd

# cd /usr/ports/mail/dovecot2
# make install


dovecot2 will be installed correctly
How-To-Repeat: just try to install dovecot2 from ports or using portinstall

Hello, can you please confirm that it is working correctly with mail/dovecot2 version 2.2.13? It seems ok with the current version.

portsmon says this is building fine.
Feedback timeout from OP, report seems obsolete.
