Handbook section on installing KDE

States:

To install the KDE4 package, type:

# pkg install kde4

But this will not work with the new package system as there is now no new meta-package.

Fix: 

Remove desktop environment section of handbook, if FreeBSD is not intended for desktops. It is misleading by its presence.
