- Version update to 10.30

Changelog entrys:
 - QS_SetReqHeader features the option 'late'.

 - New console output (without ':' suffix for the IP address).

 - Console 'search', 'limit', and 'unlimit' command support now
   the 'event' parameter specifying which QS_ClientEventLimitCount
   event variable to show/set/clear.
