sigh This is because 10.0's relnotes were mostly borrowed from 8.0's relnotes, and nobody cared to sit down and read the generated output just once. Attached diff removes the reference to atacontrol(8) & adds a newline to the end of the file (wasn't sure if it is required or not, it was added automatically by the diff procces hence why I left it in).
