Ok, time to deal with some games@ PRs.

- Are += really needed for USES and CONFIGURE_ARGS?
- Why use non-standard FMPEG option name instead of FFMPEG?
- You shouldn't cat PKG_MESSAGE, it's done by pkg

Apart from that looks good.

Adding fixed patch (also ordinary diff).

"+=" is atavism from previous version.
ffmpeg used only for film playback (no need for game itself)
CAT fixed, thanks.

PS: one thing. Commit rules change or not.
