tgif-4.2.5 cannot generate Japanese characters in EPS file properly.  Official patch has been released.

Fix: 

Please incorporate the official patch on tgif-4.25.

yuck, this patch isn't in unified format.  It would have been better to regenerate it and attach it with a proper freebsd patch name.  I'll try to do that now, but this is extra work that I shouldn't have to do.
