After migration the PRs which in gnats were in the "feedback" and "suspended" states have been mapped as Resolved/Fixed instead of In Discussion in bugzilla.

this has happened, for example, to PR/bug 189677.

The PR I referenced in the bug report has been moved to the "in discussion" state.

If the general probem has been solved this report can be marked as fixed.

this has been fixed. You may change the state to 'loop closed' to confirm that it seems fixed to you. (I won't always say this, but its in an effort to explain the workflow)
