Created attachment 143346 [details] problem-reports-article-xml.diff The 'Problem Repors' article describes the process of submitting PR's but lacks very important information for users on what to do, when their PR's are left without any actions on them for prolonged period of time (due to huge PR backlog for example). The patch attached adds the relevant information.
