query-pr.cgi is still needed at the moment. There is an open bug which explicitly says *not* to redirect the CGI script. In addition I could find no commit which actually enables the redirection.

query-pr.cgi should be showing GNATS, not bugzilla at the moment.

Stale data re-exposed to everybody, as requested.

By 20:00:00 UTC sunday, please fix:

* A successful gnats lookup needs to have BIG RED WARNINGS that it is stale and a link to the corresponding bugzilla location.

* Get rid of mailto:bug-followup references everywhere in the cgi script.

* Get rid of the 'Find another PR' link in the footer to the stale search script.

* Get rid of the 'No PRs matched your query' page that sends you to another gnats search, eg http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=190739 needs to error out and instruct how to find bugzilla rather than send you to the gnats search.

If it's not done by sunday 20:00:00 UTC, I'll re-hide the stale misleading data.
