Bug 19080

Summary: sysinstall's use of host.conf prevents ftp upgrade
Product: Base System Reporter: trost <trost>
Component: confAssignee: Murray Stokely <murray>
Status: Closed FIXED
Severity: Affects Only Me CC: trost
Priority: Normal
Version: 4.0-RELEASE
Hardware: Any
OS: Any

Description trost 2000-06-07 03:10:01 UTC
sysinstall was unable to find the ftp host specified to provide
	the upgrade source

Fix:

The workaround is obvious -- modify host.conf. Maybe
	sysinstall should do that itself.
How-To-Repeat:
	Find a machine running FreeBSD.
	echo hosts > /etc/host.conf
	Upgrade said machine.

This PR seems totally bogus to me. Awaiting a response from the
originator before closing but I think sysinstall currently exhibits
the desired behavior here.
