ntop-5.0.1.patch

- Remove subversion dependency and a check: it's not used (even if it was, it is forbidden)
- Remove outdated BROKEN
- Remove unneeded .include 
- Strip binaries

Port maintainer (sylvio@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.

Linimon seems to be using an old database, or going off the text in the original post.  Sylvio was not the maintainer on 13 June (He was reset on 11 June)

This port has no maintainer.
