The link http://pgina.xpasystems.com/ redirects to spam for me.
I don't know where it should point to.
BTW: The distfile is not fetchable also.
There is a http://pgina.org/ page about this Windows software, but I don't know if that also provides the pam plugin.

NB: I don't use this port. Only found it because I was interested.
