Anything that isn't explicitly code (src, ports, doc) "supports" those products, and includes "services" in two primary forms:

 * Systems (Bugzilla, Phabric, Wiki, Blah, Redports, Foo), or
 * Functions (Infrastructure, Donations, OtherPeopleOrFunctionsOrTeams)

Administrative Concerns also feels a little dry and unpalatable. "Supporting Services" is specific enough, yet not too specific that it can't be used as a catchall for the short-medium term until a more refined class model can be looked at.
