It would be nice to be able to submit issues to clusteradm via the bug tracker.

There's admbugs.freebsd.org for that. It might make sense to merge admbugs into this instance to improve assignments and avoid duplicates throughout different systems.

No, we do not want to merge admbugs into an instance that we are not the sole administrators.

Having one for general public problem reports may be fine, however.

A new Supporting Services -> Cluster Administration component was added, with clusteradm@ being the default owner for bugs.
