Update LIBSIGSEVG option description
Note that it is not just about stack overflow errors, m4 uses the general sigsegv handlers, which attempt to provide diagnostics for all memory addressing errors. Understood. On re-assessment I believe the main ambiguity for users may centre around the terms 'diagnostics' and 'better'. Perhaps something like: "Use alternative page fault handler (GNU libsigsegv)" Thoughts? I like this suggestion. Feel free to commit.
