opensmtpd support

patch to support opensmtpd. I just set it up with opensmtpd tonight; works great.

Hi Mark,

I have committed your patch (r364803), but I have renamed the OPENSMTPD option (SMTPD seemed too generic) and marked it experimental for the nonce.
