With manually downloaded file from http://distcache.FreeBSD.org/ports-distfiles/libva-1.3.1.tar.bz2 it works fine.

Hi,

Thanks for the report.

Looks like all the libva related distfiles got rerolled.

I'll check the port and generate a new distinfo shortly.
