Add link to book "Alternative DNS Servers"

The handbook is missing a great resource in the chapter "Domain Name System"

I had a small conversation with the Author of the book "Alternative DNS Servers" and he agreed that it is OK for him if we add a link to the free PDF to our handbook.

Short summary (747 pages).
This book examines many of the best DNS servers reachable. The book covers each server's benefits and disadvantages, as well as how to configure and deploy it , and integrate it into your network infrastructure.  It describes the different scenarios where each server is particularly useful, so you can choice the most suitable server for your site.

BIND has been removed from base, so this entire section is now gone.  Sorry it's hung around so long.
