The Committer's Guide uses GNATS format PRs instead of Bugzilla format Bug IDs under the Commit Log chapter ( https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/committers-guide/commit-log-message.html ). Example:

	    PR:                    foo/12345

This should probably be:

	    PR:                    12345
