Currently net/freeradius3 is not building with RESTful interface (REST=on) due to being blocked by an IGNORE due to issues with devel/json-c <=0.11. 

However, json-c has finally had the maintainer reset and been updated to 0.12. Test build against json-c 0.12 exhibited no issues, so this IGNORE should probably be removed.

Over to zi@.  The title could be a lot better, it's really the opposite.  RESTful can build because json-c has been updated.
