In the document file:/usr/share/doc/en/books/faq/commercial.html the
link to commercial vendors on the freebsd web site actually links to a
local file which doesn't exist.

Fix: 

Make the link explicitly go to http://www.freebsd.org/
How-To-Repeat: 
	

Go to file:/usr/share/doc/en/books/faq/commercial.html scroll to the
bottom and click on the Commercial Vendors link.
