make package
# pkg create -f tbz foo

make repo 
# pkg repo /some
 pkg: No package files have been found
 Cannot create repository catalogue


work in Ver. 1.2.7,but 1.3.2 not work

I want to use the .tbz .txz so heavy

It does but you would need a specific meta file
