shotwell 0.20.1 port upgrade patch (trivial)

The shotwell team has released 0.20.1 with an "important bugfix"
(memory leak/stability fixes):
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/shotwell-list/2014-October/msg00006.html

Upstream changes to the recently committed 0.20.0 (#194001) are rather
small, so this update only bumps the version and changes the source tarball.
