Apparently upstream regenerated the tarballs; there is no difference in the contents from the old to the new.
This patch should have distinfo match what is actually available on the master site.

This release adds support for FreeBSD 9.3 and 10.1, and removes a bug preventing the use of a disk cache on FreeBSD clients (as opposed to a memory cache). There may be other such bugs, though.
