In source bugs I've seen the new MFC flags, but in a PR I have for a manpage change (which lives in the source tree), I don't see the same flags.  For an example doc bug which needs this, see 194280

The MFC flags have been added to the Documentation/Documentation product/component combination. Thanks for spotting this.
