Updated 10.1-BETA and 10.1-RC versioned bugs to 10.1-STABLE.

This has been reported numerous times, but I have not seen any recent reports of the issue.  I believe Colin fixed an issue on one of the mirrors a few months ago.

Can you please re-open the PR if the problem persists for you?
