I think the idea behind the page https://www.freebsd.org/releases/10.1R/todo.html

is fantastic. However, since it presently serves no purpose, perhaps it should be removed or a notice indicating it's a work in progress be added?

10.1-RELEASE has been released, and there is nothing left todo.
