Patch to update maintainer and USE_GITHUB

Attached is a patch to update the sysutils/jailme port in order to move its distfiles away from people.collaborativefusion.com and over to Intermedix's corporate Github.

Collaborative Fusion was acquired by Intermedix (see http://www.collaborativefusion.com), and we are moving any ports we maintain over to a standard internal distribution list (freebsd-ports-maintainers@intermedix.com).

William Moran (current listed maintainer) is also no longer with the company.

Committed with few minor fixes (please, see the commit message and the updated port files), thanks for taking maintainership of that port, and thanks to William for all his work done so far!
