Proposed patch (since 367888 revision)

Patch to update games/freedroidrpg port from 0.15 to 0.15.1 version.

Look following link for changes:

- Added license information
- Added desktop entry
- Changed USE_GL value from "yes" to "gl"

Ok, I just add poudriere testport logs for currently supported FreeBSD release versions. So, it's ok from functional point of view.
The one of the reasons to update: is not available distfile for 0.15 version.
