Blocks future updates of multimedia/mpv with libquvi gone

The patch also includes fish/zsh completions. While I could file a separate bug for them zsh completions didn't exist in 2014.09.29.2.

FISH_DESC can be moved to Mk/bsd.options.desc.mk where BASH_DESC and ZSH_DESC already are.

youtube-dl.fish wasn't actually tested because of unrelated issue:

$ fish
fish: Unable to parse universal variable message: '????????????????????????????????'
