Per Colin Percival's request, we now have a new Mailman-managed mailing list, freebsd-cloud.

Suggested patches for the Handbook are attached.

My doc working copy was at r46005 when I generated the attached patches.

Oh -- and there's a postmaster@freebsd.org hat lying about near here. :-}
