Fix erroneous SVN URLs in fdp-primer.

fdp-primer references https://svn.FreeBSD.org/ on 3 occasions, however svn.FreeBSD.org is not listening on https. I have attached a diff that changes these references to point at svn0.us-west.FreeBSD.org instead, which does listen on https and is the hostname already used in Chapter 3's examples.
