patch for devel/xdg-utils

xdg-open falls through to some code for the non-KDE, non-GNOME case that relies on the built-in printf to turn things like \x20 into a literal space. This was fixed in Debian by using their /usr/bin/printf, which does that. Ours doesn't but Jilles pointed me to unvis(1) which can decode URIs just fine (yay!).
