Fix dead URL in mailing-list-faq.

The Mailing List Etiquette section of the Mailing List FAQ links to <http://www.lemis.com/email.html> when discussing badly formatted messages -- this URL 404s.  The correct URL is <http://www.lemis.com/grog/email/email.php>.
