"telnet -X SRA" produces a core-dump as well as "telnetd -X SRA" or
anything to disable SRA authentication type.

How-To-Repeat: 
	
again telnet -X SRA

The patch seems to be applied, and it works fine in my
4.2-RELEASE, so I guess this PR can be closed?
