The first link to an external laptop database provided in the article "FreeBSD on Laptops" (https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/laptop/) is broken, and has been for a long time: http://laptop.bsdgroup.de/freebsd/

This article is very well referenced in search engines and the impression to a newcomer is bad, so I suggest removing the link.
