Fix for workers.

Until it is fixed in upstream, you could apply these two small patches to nagios-4.0.8 for correct creation of workers, and for too big CPU load.

I'm really sorry - I have tried to add the second patch, but it repeatedly ended with a bug, that I have to reenter source file name. So I filled another bug report (197206), however, when I returned to original bug report, the second attachment is here. How many times I already told, that I hate bugzilla? :o(
