Proposed patch (since 380608 revision)

Previous maintainer removed official site location from MASTER_SITES in ports r380608.
Now, the official site is working (for 12 March 2015 check):

I propose to return MASTER_SITES and add new location from author's repository:
https://launchpad.net/dnshistory

Adds MASTER_SITES, requests MAINTAINERship for dns/dnshistory

I notice the previous maintainer dropped themselves
as maintainer. As a result, and because I use this port,
I'd like to request MAINTAINERship, and add myself
as an additional host for the source. Along with
the other many ports I also host.

  The website for dnshistory is alive again. Restore it to MASTER_SITES. In
  the period during which the website did not exist, the codebase also appeared
  on launchpad.net, so add that as a backup MASTER_SITE.

Thanks to both of you for sleuthing out the distfiles here.

I've committed lightside's patch, but Chris I've assigned you maintainership as you reqested. Given that the code now exists (again) on two sites, and one of them is launchpad which is reliable, I did not add BSDforge as a MASTER_SITES. Let me know if you want me to add it back in. Also, Chris, you can't remove PORTREVISION without bumping PORTVERSION :-)
