patch to with build WITH_LIBNIDS
Looks like we don't have to disable WITH_LIBNIDS and the build fail could be fixed. Could you please take a look at the attached patch?

scanlogd periodic script and use port OPTIONS
scanlogd requires libnids too, libnet is not enough to build it. In addition, I converted the WITH_NIDS to OPTIONS.
