complete net-mgmt/network-manager port, in shar format

Several requests were made for a FreeBSD version
of the GhostBSD metworkmgr
https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/finally-a-network-manager-for-freebsd.50638/
so I obliged -- Here it is.

Please find network-manager.shar, and a QA session LOG files, also
attached to this PR.

Thanks!

Could you please re-roll the distfile? Its file permissions are broken, packaging as user is not possible.
Also, there are some ugly errors in the networkmgr scripts like "sudo operator /foo/bar". There's no operator binary, so the call fails.

New shar file

New version of networkmgr.shar attached. I renamed the port, to prevent confusion with Linux version of networkmanager.
There are also still some dependencies missing. I haven't dug deeper into this.

Code and documentation of the upstream sources could be improved. Maybe you could make the code a real fork and work collaboratively on it?

Ack! Sorry, Lars. I don't seem to have gotten the (mail) notices
regarding your replies, here.
Thanks! I'll have a look at the copy you've provided, and come back with something.

Thanks, again!
