patch
Same, but added the check for unchanged torrc.
Brand new install will set up directories when tor is started, but if admin already has setup, it will not touch dirs. This makes it smooth for the brand new installs.

Created attachment 155449 [details] patch Moved recommend by pkg-message touch/mkdir/chown/chmod into rc.d file to be performed on *start command. This makes the new install start automatically, when before it failed because tor was unable to create /var/log/tor.
